We want your complete satisfaction. We want your business again and that of your friends. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of the purchase. Unfortunately, we cannot accept partially built kits or items that have been altered or damaged after receipt. We will credit your account with the full purchase price, excluding shipping charges. We only ask that you return the item in new condition and in its original packaging. US CUSTOMERS: We accept MasterCard/Visa, money orders, cashier checks and PayPal. Payment due ten (10) calendar days from closing date or transaction will be cancelled. INTERNATIONAL: Accepted payment is PayPal or Western Union International Money Order. Payment due ten (10) calendar days from closing date or transaction will be cancelled.

US CUSTOMERS: We ship most in-stock orders within 3 days via USPS Priority Mail. Large items (4 lbs or more) may be shipped Fed-Ex Ground. From the time you receive your shipment notification via Email; your purchase should arrive within 2 to 3 business days, if shipped by USPS Priority Mail or 3 to 5 business days if shipped by Fed-Ex Ground. We take pride in our profession and package product with the greatest of care. Most products are surrounded by Styrofoam "Peanuts" and is boxed securely. INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: We ship all international goods by the following methods: Parcel shipping weight under 4 lbs. are shipped USPS Internation First Class Mail or USPS International Priority Mail Parcel shipping weight over 4 lbs. are shipped USPS International Priority Mail or USPS International Express Mail No other method will be considered, so please do not request other methods of shipment.
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS: Model Train Store LV conforms to all custom regulations. Please do not ask us to mark International or Canadian packages as a “gift” or for an amount less than the invoiced price (these are federal forms that require signatures attesting that all statements made are true).
